Tried to upcharge me & Unprofessional customer service Finally found a truck that I was ready to purchase. Being that I do not live close, I requested that the price including taxes and fees be finalized o Finally found a truck that I was ready to purchase. Being that I do not live close, I requested that the price including taxes and fees be finalized over the phone. I didn’t want to drive all the way out to the dealership if we could not settle on a price that I could afford. The salesperson wrote up the truck price including taxes and fees. Everything looked good so I drove out to the dealership to finish the paperwork and pick up the truck. Upon completing the paperwork, the salesperson tried to charge me $5,000 more than the agreed upon price. After much negotiation, the dealership finally agreed on the originally quoted price. I bought the truck and was then informed that they only had one key and would need to mail me the second key that Monday. Two weeks passed and I never received my key. I tried getting in touch with someone for a week; however, no one would call me back or help me with my situation. I finally got in touch with a receptionist, Sonia, and was put on hold while I was in the middle of explaining what has transpired. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. I then got transferred to a manager who said he would provide me with a second key if I was willing to drive all the way out to Elk Grove. So much hassle with the truck price and second key. More

Falsely informed In late January of this year me and my fiancé were in the looks for a new vehicle because our previous vehicle went through the lemon law process. Our hopes were high, we found the car he wanted which was the 2018 Dodge Charger scatpak which was great. We sit down and they tell us In order for us to get approved the company that would finance us said we need to have clear bra on the vehicle as well as ding dent coverage “to make sure we protect our investment” and Stanley Simpson also known as “the man” and cowboy informed us that the ding and dent coverage comes with protection for the tires/wheels, replacement of key, dents and dings to the vehicle however that was incorrect. I called today to get my clear bra replaced and my wheel replaced because it has some scratches and I was informed that there were two different ding and dent coverages however we don’t have the one that covers our wheels. So I get on the phone with Stanley and he acknowledged that he stated that he said we had the ding and dents that covered everything however “that didn’t fall through” and that it was disclosed when we signed which is inaccurate. We were never informed that there were two different types of dings and dents. It was explained to us as if it was one thing I am very upset and I feel lied to so they could have an extra come up on a deal. Never coming here again More
