I’m glad I paid close attention, and didn’t just sign the deal without question. Once I started questioning, he got mad, and started raising his voice, accusing me of “not listening to him who was working for me” trying to make me feel stupid to believe he was doing the right thing. A few days later I traded in my car for our second RAM and once again John set to work and gave us what we asked for. He is a classic salesman and makes sure the customer leaves happy and satisfied with the requisition of a vehicle. We just can't say enough about John you'll have to experience his professionalism yourself. Phil Gibson was another stellar salesman, he was John's back up when John was out of the office on our third purchase. Zubair intercepted the third purchase and tried to add in extra prices for things we didn't want or need. He didn't inform us he was adding any of the extra charges and we noticed them at the time of signing. If you have a penchant to be hoodwinked Zubair is a professional scammer but dont let his lackluster professionalism turn you off from Elk Grove Dodge. Elk Grove Dodge is a wonderful dealership.
