The dealership, however, is horrible with communication. The process was unclear the whole way through. They said everything could be done remotely, then, after we went home, they said they needed wet signatures. They did send someone out with the paperwork but we had no time to review the documents and didn't know what would be on them ahead of time. The process was a pain and we were always guessing and calling to find out the next steps. Frustrating. Happy with the truck though. I suppose that's the most important part for me. More
