Elk Grove Jeep is the only place to buy! After searching multiple Jeep dealerships including closer ones to my house in Roseville, I decided to make my purchase at Elk Grove for a few reasons, one they have multiple Jeep dealerships including closer ones to my house in Roseville, I decided to make my purchase at Elk Grove for a few reasons, one they have the largest inventory and second I spoke directly to the sales manager “Cowboy Cliff” and he assured me that he would take care of me with purchase. When I arrived, my wife and I were greeted by Daniel Napoles who handles Internet sales and he had already been informed by Cliff on exactly what we wanted, no games. Daniel went to work, from setting up our test drive to getting the deal wrapped up. When you are inside the dealership, they were very busy but never once did I feel unsafe with social distancing and ALWAYS felt I was the only customer to Daniel and Elk Grove Jeep. Finance Manager was very nice, didn’t try over selling me on anything I didn’t need and again felt safe with plastic shield up. Car delivery was excellent, again Daniel took his time setting everything up, phone connections, operation of everything.
