Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

We were in the market to sell or trade-in our Ford F150 for a new Ram 1500. My husband did his homework so that we new exactly what we wanted. However, the market is different this year due to a shortage for a new Ram 1500. My husband did his homework so that we new exactly what we wanted. However, the market is different this year due to a shortage of inventory, both new and used. We knew that Elk Grove Dodge would be the first dealership that we wanted to visit. We talked to EJ at the dealership, who was very friendly without being pushy, knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and very patient in showing us what they had in their lot. That was our first visit. We didn't find what we wanted and decided to check into ordering a Ram. We made another visit, met with EJ who put us in touch with Cowboy who put together an online order for us to give us an idea of what the cost and timeframe would be. We decided to think about it before putting in the order with a deposit. As we were leaving, EJ let us know that 3 new trucks had arrived that might suit our needs. One did! Although the finance part of car buying is still a long, drawn-out process taking several hours, in the end we drove off in a new Dodge Ram 1500 with the features that were important to us. Everyone at the dealership that we were in touch with went over and above to make sure we were informed and satisfied with the end result. Doing business with both EJ and Cowboy was a plus. Just a suggestion: provide cold bottled water for your customers. It was hot outdoors and the vending machine was out of water. More
