Stan the Man was very attentive to what we were looking for and explained all options clearly. We are very happy with our purchase of our Ram 1500. When the truck was brought to the dealership lot detailed for and explained all options clearly. We are very happy with our purchase of our Ram 1500. When the truck was brought to the dealership lot detailed and ready to go I noticed the floor mats were not what i expected. Stan noticed my reaction and when i asked if we could trade them out for the carpet mats he said he would take care of it. We had to leave the truck overnight because my wife could not drive herself home due to medical reasons so when I went to pick it up the next day Stan had switched out the mats and I was ready to go. That's what I call EXCELLENT customer service. Stan has made me a lifetime Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler customer. More
