Was called for an appointment to get protection on my new RAM, but there was no record of my appointment and had to reschedule. A estate of my time and I did not appreciate that both times I went to this dealership, the stench of cigarettes was overpowering. One employee was holding a bible study with another which was inappropriate and annoying.
