We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Elk Grove DCJR back in October, 2021 and could not have been more satisfied AND impressed with this dealership as a whole. Specifically, we felt we couldn't have had better service than that provided by our sales rep, Jose Orozco. We found the vehicle we wanted online and traveled from out of the area to purchase due to the specifics that we were looking for in our new car. Jose went so far above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle had each and every feature we were looking for - texting us photos of the details for confirmation. When we arrived, Jose already had the vehicle out front and waiting for us. Jose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy or pressuring us into completing the purchase. Further, while we were waiting for financing and all of the fine details to be finalized, Jose even helped us get set up with insurance coverage for our new car since our other vehicles are on our company policy!! Despite it being Halloween evening when we picked the car up, Jose took extra time to help us familiarize with our new car's interior features and settings - particularly the robust infotainment center. Jose even followed up after the purchase to ensure we were pleased and to make sure there was nothing else he could help us with!! After our purchase, we made the trip back to the dealership to have our vehicle serviced as per our purchase contract. This was expected to be a FULL day service - but because we traveled from out of the area, we stayed at the dealership and just brought work with us. When the service manager realized I would be waiting at the dealership all day for the service, he managed to prioritize our vehicle's service and had us out the door within 4 hours!! If I could give Elk Grove ten stars - I would! More

I had the pleasure of making a deal with Coach Hall and Cliff Rogers AKA "Cowboy" on a New 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie Dually 4x4 crew cab. Nice wagon and I am pleased with it. I was a returning customer and I brought in a couple of trades, one was fully paid off and the other was a lease trade which I brought with to the dealership, it was from another manufacture so Lasher had to jump through some hoops behind the scene to make the deal happen which I appreciated very much. My other Trade was a Ram 1500 which was at home, I purchased it from them back in January 2015, I showed them pictures and we made a great deal which in return they came and picked up at my home 3 hrs. away a few days later (yesterday). Lots of inventory at this dealership folks so get on over there and get the vehicle you want.
