I contacted Alex on the sales team to regarding an "in transit Jeep" I saw on Elk Grove Dodges' website. Alex was very helpful and quick to get me in to get paperwork done so I was able to get the Tuscade transit Jeep" I saw on Elk Grove Dodges' website. Alex was very helpful and quick to get me in to get paperwork done so I was able to get the Tuscadero Jeep. Alex provided constant updates with the status and location of the Jeep. When the Jeep had arrived at the dealership Shoaib was very helpful and instrumental in understanding the process and purchasing the Jeep. He went above and beyond to help me understand the benefits of purchasing an 4xe. Zubair Malakzay was amazing to work with. He was patient with all my questions and my husbands reservations. He worked with us and was able to make it possible that I was able to leave with the Jeep. He was very professional yet super friendly and made the whole process of buying a new car pleasant. We ended up in a time crunch and both Sho and Zubair were understanding of the need to get things done asap. We ended up coming in the next day to learn more about the Jeep , Alex was very informative and knowledgeable about Jeeps. Sho and Zubair both followed up with me days after to check in . Will definitely be recommending and referring this dealership and the guys I had dealings with !! More

I dropped my truck off October 2021 and was promised it back 29th of October 2021 and I still don't have it back yet. It went to service for a window and a radio problem. I have had only one call from the back 29th of October 2021 and I still don't have it back yet. It went to service for a window and a radio problem. I have had only one call from the dealership since my truck was brought in. I have called several times to get updates and to find out why this is taking so long and I get the same thing and that is they are waiting on approval to fix the radio. Why haven't I been kept in the loop here on what's going on? After visiting the Pleasanton Dodge Dealership, my wife and I stopped by the Elk Grove Dodge and met one of the yard salesman who directed us to the West lot for trucks. In speaking about what my desires w and I stopped by the Elk Grove Dodge and met one of the yard salesman who directed us to the West lot for trucks. In speaking about what my desires were, he informed me that he had one truck on the lot and a salesman who could and would answer all our questions. We met Rafik Elmakarem. Rafik had the one truck that interested us and spent time in going over all the charastics of the RAM Big Horn 2500 and insured we were satisfied with the RAM product. Rafik also walked us through the sales procedure, paperwork, and introducing us to the various people we needed to see. He insured that the extra requirements were done by the service department and stayed in contact with us as the week progressed. On the day we picked up the truck, Rafik insured we were happy with the purchase and insured he went through the various functions available within the truck and also what was on the internet for the new owners of the RAM series. Rafik applied no sales pressure and insured we were comfortable with the purchase of the new truck. Yes, when I return to Elk Grove DODGE, I would look for RAFIK ELMAKAREH to assist me in the next purchase. From what we saw Elk Grove Dodge is the place to buy your next truck. More
