Would never buy or sell here again. The communication of the sales team, including the sales manager is terrible. Can’t respond to calls, unrealistic time lines and the worst part was that no one could answer my question. The installation of power steps took 1.5 weeks from the day I agreed to purchase the truck. It was not until I threatened to cancel the transaction that I got a call from the GM (within 15 min) who told me the truck was ready to get picked up. The best part of this transaction was that the GM quickly jumped in resolved the issue. I don’t understand how a sales team and sales manager can have this bad communication skills. Also, another highlight was the finance manager. He was on it. Tip for the sales team: don’t assume the sale is executed until the keys are in the consumers hands. Love the truck I bought, just not where I bought it. More

Bought Brand new ram 1500. Had for 2 weeks. Transmission went out at 963 miles. Told by salesman "get it towed in Dodge will pay for it." Yeah now told "I don't know if they wi Had for 2 weeks. Submitting the towing charges that Chrysler road side assistance charged me to warranty department told "they may not approve it, they may only repay half, we just don't know until they tell us." Dealership not in any rush to help consumer after getting the money. Took 3 weeks for the dealer to get fixed. Dealership has no loaner car program but can get me a rental and only cover $50 a day and only for 5 days. Had to wait for Chrysler to approve and "no one" could contact the corporate office to get updates or help move along. "We are at the mercy of Chrysler". Transmission not approved to replace, try valve body replacement first. They wanted to wash the truck before returning. Windshield looked like it was wiped with dirty rag, streaks all over it and hard water spots that I will have to get out. They put 120 miles on the truck testing the fix. And after all that could not even return with a full tank of gas. Only reason I will keep going back to this dealer for service is because I have to in order to maintain the forever engine warranty so that when something breaks again I can wait another 3 weeks without a car to get it fixed. Since it was dark when I picked up the truck I could not see the exterior. Next morning I go to put in new truck bed mat and find the bed full of sap with leaves practically glued to the paint. I was the bed and find scratches on the bed and side wall up behind passenger. More
