Contacted this dealership regarding ordering my new ram. They did not reach out to me when available to order so I ordered my new ram locally and would be hesitant to do business with Elk Grove simply for not caring enough to reach out to me when my package became available to order, hence my local shop got the order because they responded quickly and took my order within 2 weeks of Elk Grove telling me they could not do it. When my wife and I first went to the dealership we were looking to buy a used truck. After looking at the used inventory I was thinking about getting a new truck. Shanna worked with us on what we needed and gave us the options that fit our plan the best. We ended up deciding to order a truck. It was a great experience building it online and Shanna helped me all the way through it when I had questions. When the truck came in I felt like she was excited as we were. We loved the truck after driving it. We said yes we want it. After working out all the costs with the extremely helpful finance manager Suzanne Tackett, Shanna took us out and introduced us to our brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn. She went through the process of explaining how to operate all the bells and whistles. It was the best experience I’ve had with a new vehicle purchase in my life.
