I dropped my truck off October 2021 and was promised it back 29th of October 2021 and I still don't have it back yet. It went to service for a window and a radio problem. I have called several times to get updates and to find out why this is taking so long and I get the same thing and that is they are waiting on approval to fix the radio. Why haven't I been kept in the loop here on what's going on? After visiting the Pleasanton Dodge Dealership, my wife and I stopped by the Elk Grove Dodge and met one of the yard salesman who directed us to the West lot for trucks. In speaking about what my desires were, he informed me that he had one truck on the lot and a salesman who could and would answer all our questions. We met Rafik Elmakarem. Rafik had the one truck that interested us and spent time in going over all the charastics of the RAM Big Horn 2500 and insured we were satisfied with the RAM product. Rafik also walked us through the sales procedure, paperwork, and introducing us to the various people we needed to see. He insured that the extra requirements were done by the service department and stayed in contact with us as the week progressed. On the day we picked up the truck, Rafik insured we were happy with the purchase and insured he went through the various functions available within the truck and also what was on the internet for the new owners of the RAM series. Rafik applied no sales pressure and insured we were comfortable with the purchase of the new truck. Yes, when I return to Elk Grove DODGE, I would look for RAFIK ELMAKAREH to assist me in the next purchase. From what we saw Elk Grove Dodge is the place to buy your next truck. More

We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Elk Grove DCJR back in October, 2021 and could not have been more satisfied AND impressed with this dealership as a whole. Specifically, we felt we couldn't ha DCJR back in October, 2021 and could not have been more satisfied AND impressed with this dealership as a whole. Specifically, we felt we couldn't have had better service than that provided by our sales rep, Jose Orozco. We found the vehicle we wanted online and traveled from out of the area to purchase due to the specifics that we were looking for in our new car. Jose went so far above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle had each and every feature we were looking for - texting us photos of the details for confirmation. When we arrived, Jose already had the vehicle out front and waiting for us. Jose was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy or pressuring us into completing the purchase. Further, while we were waiting for financing and all of the fine details to be finalized, Jose even helped us get set up with insurance coverage for our new car since our other vehicles are on our company policy!! Despite it being Halloween evening when we picked the car up, Jose took extra time to help us familiarize with our new car's interior features and settings - particularly the robust infotainment center. Jose even followed up after the purchase to ensure we were pleased and to make sure there was nothing else he could help us with!! After our purchase, we made the trip back to the dealership to have our vehicle serviced as per our purchase contract. This was expected to be a FULL day service - but because we traveled from out of the area, we stayed at the dealership and just brought work with us. When the service manager realized I would be waiting at the dealership all day for the service, he managed to prioritize our vehicle's service and had us out the door within 4 hours!! If I could give Elk Grove ten stars - I would! More

I had the pleasure of making a deal with Coach Hall and Cliff Rogers AKA "Cowboy" on a New 2022 Ram 3500 Laramie Dually 4x4 crew cab. Nice wagon and I am pleased with it. I was a returning customer and I brought in a couple of trades, one was fully paid off and the other was a lease trade which I brought with to the dealership, it was from another manufacture so Lasher had to jump through some hoops behind the scene to make the deal happen which I appreciated very much. My other Trade was a Ram 1500 which was at home, I purchased it from them back in January 2015, I showed them pictures and we made a great deal which in return they came and picked up at my home 3 hrs. away a few days later (yesterday). Lots of inventory at this dealership folks so get on over there and get the vehicle you want. I drove 3 hrs. to get there, spent 6.5hrs making the deal and drove home 3hrs in my new Ram, not once did I feel pressured, great experience overall, cheers Lasher Elk Grove Team. Thanks: DC. More
