Contacted this dealership regarding ordering my new ram. Was told that he could not complete the build sheet as the backcountry package was not available to order yet Also was told when it became availabl Was told that he could not complete the build sheet as the backcountry package was not available to order yet Also was told when it became available that they would reach out to me and let me know. They did not reach out to me when available to order so I ordered my new ram locally and would be hesitant to do business with Elk Grove simply for not caring enough to reach out to me when my package became available to order, hence my local shop got the order because they responded quickly and took my order within 2 weeks of Elk Grove telling me they could not do it. More

I recently purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn from Elk Grove Dodge. I had the pleasure of working with fleet manager Shanna Fairbanks. When my wife and I first went to the dealership we were looking to bu Grove Dodge. I had the pleasure of working with fleet manager Shanna Fairbanks. When my wife and I first went to the dealership we were looking to buy a used truck. After looking at the used inventory I was thinking about getting a new truck. Shanna worked with us on what we needed and gave us the options that fit our plan the best. We ended up deciding to order a truck. It was a great experience building it online and Shanna helped me all the way through it when I had questions. When the truck came in I felt like she was excited as we were. We loved the truck after driving it. We said yes we want it. After working out all the costs with the extremely helpful finance manager Suzanne Tackett, Shanna took us out and introduced us to our brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn. She went through the process of explaining how to operate all the bells and whistles. It was the best experience I’ve had with a new vehicle purchase in my life. I felt everyone I was working with really had our true best interest in mind. Not something I’ve usually felt at car dealerships. I will be telling everyone I know about the great experience I had at Elk Grove Dodge. More

I would like to acknowledge Milo Stubbington, during my visit with EG dodge Dealership, Milo was prompt and kind to assist me. I explain to him, my needs and wants in what I was looking for in a car. Most importantly, I was looking for more space in a vehicle. At the time, I was the owner of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I traded in my older car for a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Overland. Milo, took the time in understanding all my needs and what’s most important to me. He was very patient with me throughout the process. Originally, I came into the dodge dealership on a Tuesday, where our first interaction occurred. I explain to him, what I was looking for, but will come in on Sunday with my husband. My mind was sold on the beautiful SUV, I explain to Milo, “please sell my husband on this car” in which he ABSOLUTELY DID. I decided to continue to work with Milo on Sunday, due to his kindness, caring, professionalism, and knowledge with the vehicle. I know it’s a tough job as a sales man , but when you have an employee like Milo, he ensures to make it an enjoyable memorable experience. He definitely takes the stigma away of the old salesman approach.
