I love my Ram 1500 Truck it was a great buying experience from the salesman Gordon Myers, I would give him a 5 star rating. Unfortunately when I delt with the finance manager Omar everything went sour. I ask from the salesman Gordon Myers, I would give him a 5 star rating. Unfortunately when I delt with the finance manager Omar everything went sour. I asked to purchase the extended warranty and made it clear I only was interested if it was a Mopar Service agreement. The finance manager assured me it was a Mopar contract, finding out later it was not a Mopar warranty but an off brand. I cancelled Century Service Vehicle agreement and I'm still waiting for the cash refund from Elk Grove Dodge. More
