Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was scam after scam. They pushed very hard to sell services that were already included in the price. I Left without the vehicle so recall items could be fixed, I came back the next day to pick it up and there was still no spare key, the salesman still didn’t have time to log me into the app. They didn’t communicate there were still recall parts they were waiting on. I reached out to the salesman twice afterwards to touch base about the app, the spare key, the alarm installation and the recalls which he said he would assist with and never got a response. I had to go back to the dealership in person and talk to the supervisor who was able to take care of everything. The salesman’s one concern was a positive review however he had no interest in doing the absolute basics. I knew what vehicle I wanted, it should have been a very straightforward sale. It was a holiday weekend which I understand but between the deceit which is my main concern and the extended lack of communication these issues go beyond a busy weekend. If I would’ve known this would be the experience I would’ve driven all the way to woodland Hoblit where I’ve purchased my two prior grand Cherokees. I will never purchase here again. More
