Excessive wait times. Poor follow up. Had to contact them for things that were promised to me rather than have a proactive call from them. Purchase vehicle was good so far Poor follow up. When I went back to follow up with the items I was expecting, I had to wait for an excessive amount of time for assistance. Not sure if they are short handed or if this dealership needs to be more efficient. More
