From the sales manager, Steve Coopersmith, who helped us reach the deal we were looking for to Jim Kelly the finance person that took time to explain every finance piece in detail so we were completely comfortable. An hour later he had picked out the perfect car for us (new red Chrysler 200) and we test drove it. At no time did I feel pressured; he worked with the finance manager and they had me in my vehicle at the price I needed within my time frame. I am so thankful that I waited and came to this dealership.
