The reason I came to Elk Grove Dodge is because my father and I have a good standing relationship with the dealership, having already bought two cars from them. I knew I would be taken care of with my next purchase, my new 2011 Dodge Durango. The test drive wasn't what I expected this time around, I didn't get to take it on the freeway... just down the street - which was shocking. But I was able to take it home for a couple hours to discuss the purchase with my fiance to really get an idea what owning the car would be like. I did feel a little rushed by Abdul (not by Shak) who told me there were four other people waiting to get into finance and I felt I had to quickly make a decision because I was holding up the line. I was told I could get my monthly payment around a certain dollar amount, which ultimately went up by $8 but your staff did provide an additional incentive if I purchased the vehicle. I will say that the Shak did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and purchasing experience, which I am truly grateful for! Chuck was amazing too... he was very friendly and walked me through all the paperwork that I have come to recognize / practically memorize. John was the best! He walked me through all the bells and whistles of my new car - which I didn't know the car could do and set up my iPhone through UConnect. This sales department treated me very well I told that I didn't want to beat around the bush and be there all day to make a deal. I told them that I was interested in the Jeep Patriot that was on sale but in 4X4 I looked at two that interested me with upgrade options and test drove them for a small 4X4 it has a good ride with not to much interior road noise like other brands iv tested. All in all im very pleased with this dealership as iv done business with them in the past on another vehicle their sales dept. and parts dept.takes good care of you. Ill do business with them again if im in the market for another vehicle. The price they gave me was great most of all my Wife is happy and that,s what really counts. More

To be honest, we had left home and I told my wife that today we were just looking and we would not be buying a car. He was a no pressure salesperson and helped us look at a car we felt interested in. We weren't sure that the niceness of the car we were looking at was in our budget. However watching him and Shak arm wrestle to get the numbers down and allowing us to drive the car home for the night prior to purchasing, sold us on the car. We would recommend the show at this dealership, and Ira and Shak, to anyone willing to take a scary auto buying experience and turn it into a light hearted, exceptional value rated experience.
