1-21-12. Just wanted to share my new car purchase with Elk Grove Dodge. My first dealings with Jeremy Remillard was on the phone, I explained I wanted to purchase a new Dodge Charger and wanted the b with Elk Grove Dodge. My first dealings with Jeremy Remillard was on the phone, I explained I wanted to purchase a new Dodge Charger and wanted the best price. Jeremy was very prosessional with me and in a short time returned my call with an outstanding deal. This deal was so good no other dealer in the area could match it. So I made the trip to Elk Grove Dodge to test drive the car, I was not rushed or pressured and was told I could take the car and go to lunch which I declined. I did purchase the that day and felt very good that I had received the very best price. This dealership and Jeremy do not play games they do what they say they will. If you want to purchase a vehicle and not get the run around I highly recommend this dealership and their professional staff. Once again thank you for a pleasent buying experience. We bought a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a wonderful experience with Jeremy Remillard. We saw the new listing online (SacBee cars.com) and set up an appointment with Jeremy. The Jeep was not even clean and out on the lot yet but he found it for us and we purchased that night. We appreciated Jeremy's efforts because we were ready to buy that day, we didn't need it clean that minute, and had we waited for it to go out on the lot someone might have beat us to it! He didn't try to sell us something that was clean and ready, he knew we wanted the 2008 and made it happen. Jeremy and Gordon arranged for us to bring the Jeep back the following week for the full new car detail, during which they did paint touch up and provided a second electronic key - all free of charge. I felt they really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the purchase even after all the papers were signed. Charlie Stetter in Finance took care of our financing and trade-in paperwork quickly, and we appreciated his professionalism (and the kid's book for our son to read while we waited!). All of the staff were incredibly friendly the night we purchased, and when we came back for the cleaning/servicing. A special thanks to Tabitha and Cynthia in Service for being so accommodating! It's been just over 3 weeks and our family is very happy with the Jeep and our experience at Elk Grove Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - great car, great price, amazing customer service! More

I dread going to the dealership, “Did I get the best price? How much did I overpay? Who can I trust? Who is willing to hear what I need and want and not pressure me?” Well I did my research online. I tried to get a vehicle with the options I wanted and what my wife wanted. I thought I could take advantage of 0% financing, I have GREAT credit. I filled out the online quote info and sent it to 5 dealerships. Most dealerships sent an auto response asking me to give them info that I already filled out. I requested a 2011 or 2012 Dodge Gran Caravan with remote doors and starter and backup camera. The automated responses were “Good morning. Welcome to XYZ Chrysler Jeep Dodge NORCAL, and thank you for your interest in the Dodge Grand Caravan. In order to make this simple and easy, I'd like to provide you with whatever information you need quickly and efficiently. Would you mind answering a few questions: • Which options and equipment are important to you? Please let me know more details of exactly what you are looking for option wise?” I was very clear in what I was looking for so it annoyed me that I took the time to fill out an online form and then I get an automated response asking me to tell them AGAIN what I already told them, READ what I wrote!! I am very happy that John Benton not only took the time to respond to me but he also sent me a PDF of the window sticker of the vehicle I wanted. John was awesome! I came to realize all the options I wanted on the vehicle were out of my price range, but the options my wife wanted were in the price range and John sent me another window sticker of the vehicle that I later bought. Elk Grove Dodge was the only dealership that responded right away and so I went down to see the vehicle. I was greeted very warmly by Stanley Simpson, I told him I had communicated with John Benton already and was here to see the vehicle he had emailed me about. Stanley listened and located the vehicle and we went out on a test drive. Stanley worked hard to earn my business. He conceded to my price range, although you can never get rid of that nagging “did I pay too much” feeling. Even though I had great credit 0% was not being offered for 60 months at the time of purchase so I ended up with a 2.9% rate. I could have done my own financing, but being a holiday, my credit union was closed and I wanted to get the vehicle that day. Stanley made the deal work and my wife is VERY happy so I am as well. I would recommend Elk Grove Dodge and John Benton and Stanley Simpson to everyone, my friends purchased a Subaru from Elk Grove Subaru right next door and they are very happy as well, Lasher has some good people, hold onto them. I gave a 5 for price since I did purchase vehicle. More

He treated me like a real person and not like typical car salesmen have treated me in the past. Overall I ended up enjoying the experience and didn't feel like I was coerced into anything. Yes, the experience did take half a day - to find the car I wanted and to take care of all the paperwork - but I expected that. Car buying is almost like house buying in that capacity, but overall I had a good experience and I am very happy with how everything went. More

I had been searching the internet for a used Toyota Tundra, double cab w/ low miles for months. Jeremy called me back within an hour and we set up a test drive for the next day. Although I was early, Jeremy was able to immediately show me the truck, give me all the information on the truck and proceed with the test drive. I returned the next day and purchased the truck. My experience with Jeremy and Elk Grove Dodge was the best I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Stanley Simpson was great! I told Stanley that I needed to buy a Van for my business and that I didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. I am just too busy trying to run my business. Well, Stanley called me up when he had a few vehicles that fit my description. I went to the dealership and later the same day drove off in a van that was just perfect for my needs. How about that? It only took about two hours from start to finish and I have been completely satisfied with the vehicle. Stanley gave me the exact kind of service I asked for, to find a vehicle, call me when he had the right vehicles in stock, give me a good price, and then work to get me out of there. This is the second car I have bought now from Elk Grove Dodge and I am very satisfied! More
Well i met stan last summer and i was in the process of buying a home. He understood and he did not pressure me. I gave him my number and he called me every couple of months to see how i was doing. Well right after the new year i stopped in to see him and i was met with a smile and a great hello. Even though he was busy with another customer, he made sure i was taken care of gordon in finance introduce me to vince and he was great as well. I ended up buying a brand new 2012 caravan. I would recommend this dealership because i have alwys recieved good service from the service department when i brought in my older dodge vans to the showroom. The staff was always accomodatingand helpful. More
