Negotiations process went very smoothly with nangi. Finally the day I stopped by personally with my wife,we test drove. My wife really likes the car & we end up getting the best deal ever. There used to be an ad about buying a vehicle in Elk Grove..."Drive a Little, Save a Lot". But the best part of the process was dealing with Jeremy via email and then in person. He sent me window stickers of a few different trucks I was interested in, he gave me the price I wanted, and he made it happen. I still expected to be approached by a sales manager when it came time to sign for the truck, trying to get a higher price than we settled on. But I didn't see anyone except the Finance Manager to sign all the papers. And Jim didn't try to sell me a bunch of "extras" I didn't ask for. This was absolutely the best buying experience in my 40 years of vehicle purchases. Kudos to Elk Grove CJDR. More

I have been in the market for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and have been very frustrated with my local delerships over on the Coast. While returning home from Sacromento I decided to stop by the Elk Grove Dodge Chrysler Jeep located in the Elk Grove Auto Mall. After looking over the lot I found exactly what I wanted and was approuched by Victor Marcias a Sales Consultant. He was very knowledgable, polite, courteous, and allowed my wife and I lots of time to make a dicission without the pressure I had been used to from my local dealer. We made a dicission and was able to puchase my new Grand Cherokee at the price I wanted to pay, again with no pressure. We also worked with Charlie Stetter the Finance Manager who was very patient and explained everything in detail. Knowing that I had a 6 hour drive home Victor worked very hard to get the Jeep preped and ready to go as quickly as possable. So I made the trip to Elk Grove Dodge to test drive the car, I was not rushed or pressured and was told I could take the car and go to lunch which I declined. I did purchase the that day and felt very good that I had received the very best price. This dealership and Jeremy do not play games they do what they say they will.
