There used to be an ad about buying a vehicle in Elk Grove..."Drive a Little, Save a Lot". But the best part of the process was dealing with Jeremy via email and then in person. He sent me window stickers of a few different trucks I was interested in, he gave me the price I wanted, and he made it happen. I still expected to be approached by a sales manager when it came time to sign for the truck, trying to get a higher price than we settled on. But I didn't see anyone except the Finance Manager to sign all the papers. And Jim didn't try to sell me a bunch of "extras" I didn't ask for. This was absolutely the best buying experience in my 40 years of vehicle purchases. Kudos to Elk Grove CJDR. More
