The other people with whom we met and worked with were very nice and knowledgeable in their various departments! We agreed on a 60 month term for $360 a month . We signed all DMV and warranty paperwork, but as it came time to sign the last long contract they tried to add a extra year on the loan raising the over all co all DMV and warranty paperwork, but as it came time to sign the last long contract they tried to add a extra year on the loan raising the over all cost by $5000. I caught their attempt and would not sign, because that was not our verbal agreement. As sales manager Joe Meneghetti realized that I had caught this change he became very rude, making disparaging comments about my personal transportation and situation in a loud and obnoxious manner, so loud in fact that I could hear him clear across the Elk Grove Dodge office complex, as he did not have the discretion or professionalism to speak to me face to face in a decent way. I find fault not because I didn't receive an automobile that day or because I didn't get the "deal" that I wanted, I understand there is only so much a dealership can do for any individual case and in these hard economic times they have to make a profit to stay in business like any one else. I find fault with Elk Grove Dodge because I feel they will do anything for a sale even to the detriment of the buyer. With the amount of important information you take in when buying a car it is critical that they make clear the terms of the loan before you are just one signature away from being thousands of dollars in debt. Some of the other staff were very pleasant and helpful like Nangi Sawes and especially Zabi K. If you decide to do business with Elk Grove Dodge I caution you BE CAREFUL, make sure you are aware of everything they are doing so as to not waste your time when you find out at the end of the deal things weren't as they appeared to be. As for me I love Dodge and will make my purchase else where, there are many fine Dodge dealerships to do business with in the Sacramento area. This experience has taught me that it's worth paying a little extra money at a dealership that you can trust. This is just my opinion and my view of the way things happened in my case. More

We bought a new dodge ram truck in 2011 and we are thrilled with it and Gordon helped us with that purchased. He found it and we took it for a test drive and I loved it. We sat down and told him that these are the terms we are wanting and if you can do that then we have a deal.. The reason I felt the need to write this review was because of the way Mr. Fang showed interest in my business. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left he was doing anything he could to show me because of the way Mr. Fang showed interest in my business. In my family we have purchased a total of 7 new vehicles this was by far the smoothest, less stressful and almost fun purchase we have done. I understand that I am young and it is hard for people to take me seriously especially during a large purchase. Which is why whenever I feel that it may happen I invite my father to go, which is what happened this past weekend.
