I had the pleasure of working with both Jay & Shak. It was a very tricky situation but they handled it with great skill and expertise. Well... An interesting day to say the least... We chose this dealership originally due to having exactly the used car we were looking for... But after deciding that new could be the better way to go as lon this dealership originally due to having exactly the used car we were looking for... But after deciding that new could be the better way to go as long as we stayed within our budget... We noticed that this dealership once again had the car we wanted... So having a great back up of the used car we wanted there in case we didn't get the new... We were set on them... After a quick call about coming down Richard set us up for an appt. Which we gladly showed up to as soon as we could get there... Richard greeted us right away and wasted no time in making sure we had a friendly atmosphere and treating us as real people... Not just a possible sale if he plays his cards right... He and the Sales Manager worked their hardest to get us into the new 2012 Avenger we wanted... But our budget just wasn't gonna allow for it otherwise... We would have taken it... Instead they got us the best deal ever on a 2011 model... And with super low Apr... Making it more than in our budget... I can honestly say my fiancee has not smiled and glowed like she did today... Thx again guys! The team of employees who assisted us with our new truck purchase were as friendly and professional as they come. We looked at a RAM 1500 4x4 on line and sent an email to the internet dept. With in the hour Jay replied with a price on the truck we were interested in. The price was right on! We drove down to elk grove dodge around 1 pm to look at it and found it. It wasn't what we really wanted. We talked about what we wanted and Jay had Michael (trainee) take us out to the back lot to look at their stock. When we came back we found a truck on the front lot. During this time Jay was swamped with President Day customers. Once we found what we wanted the process move rapidly. Both Michael and Jay worked together to get the paper work in order and wittled down the price enough to make us feel like we got a good deal. (Which we did). Jay listened to During the wait we were always kept informed as to where we were in the process. I found the employees we came into contact with in control and professional even with the hectic atmosphere. I would return to Elk Grove Dodge if and when I consider another Chrysler product. More

I originally did not want to travel that far (there are four Dealerships closer). Victor answered all my questions and was the most professional salesperson to deal with. It was after our phone conversation that I decided to drive to Elk Grove and purchase the car. I was treated well and was not pressured to purchase a car with more options or a higher mark-up. Actually, we had no intentions of buying a new vehicle, BUT, your Sales Rep, John Fitsos, convinced us to come into the Dealership, very low key, very professional, and look at the new used Jeeps. Once there, he showed us around and convinced us to purchase a new 2012 Jeep! You have a crown jewel in John, both my wife and I would adopt him if we could! The other people with whom we met and worked with were very nice and knowledgeable in their various departments! We agreed on a 60 month term for $360 a month . We signed all DMV and warranty paperwork, but as it came time to sign the last long contract they tried to add a extra year on the loan raising the over all co all DMV and warranty paperwork, but as it came time to sign the last long contract they tried to add a extra year on the loan raising the over all cost by $5000. I caught their attempt and would not sign, because that was not our verbal agreement. As sales manager Joe Meneghetti realized that I had caught this change he became very rude, making disparaging comments about my personal transportation and situation in a loud and obnoxious manner, so loud in fact that I could hear him clear across the Elk Grove Dodge office complex, as he did not have the discretion or professionalism to speak to me face to face in a decent way. I find fault not because I didn't receive an automobile that day or because I didn't get the "deal" that I wanted, I understand there is only so much a dealership can do for any individual case and in these hard economic times they have to make a profit to stay in business like any one else. I find fault with Elk Grove Dodge because I feel they will do anything for a sale even to the detriment of the buyer. With the amount of important information you take in when buying a car it is critical that they make clear the terms of the loan before you are just one signature away from being thousands of dollars in debt. Some of the other staff were very pleasant and helpful like Nangi Sawes and especially Zabi K. If you decide to do business with Elk Grove Dodge I caution you BE CAREFUL, make sure you are aware of everything they are doing so as to not waste your time when you find out at the end of the deal things weren't as they appeared to be. As for me I love Dodge and will make my purchase else where, there are many fine Dodge dealerships to do business with in the Sacramento area. This experience has taught me that it's worth paying a little extra money at a dealership that you can trust. This is just my opinion and my view of the way things happened in my case. More
