This dealership added two services that I DID NOT REQUEST and then tried to add a huge laundry list of things they said my vehicle needed that would have added $6900 to my already excessively high bill. The employees are the slimiest group of car salespeople I have ever encountered. From Milo the salesperson, to Rafik, the sales manager, to Steve the credit manager. They tried to sell me $3500 worth of additional warranties. I told them I was not interested. They added them anyway. I did not see this until after they sent me the paperwork. All signatures were done on an iPad so the details were missed when the iPad scrolled past the details to the next signature part. When I called to have them corrected, they even went through a four email exchange with some female in the office that emailed paperwork that appeared they reversed charges. The charges were never reversed. The most disgusting comment came from Steve when I called him to have the conversation about removing the charges. I reminded about specific parts of our conversation. He made the statement, "Around here we have a saying that all buyers are liars." Interesting how they view the very people that pay their paychecks. Perhaps they thought they could take advantage of me because I flew in from out of state. Purchased the vehicle that day. Then drove it back home that night and the next day. Not sure they even considered the number of people I know, and my family, that live in that area. My friend that went with me decided to buy a vehicle elsewhere. My cousin has purchased two trucks from this dealership. He will never buy another vehicle from any of the dealerships associated with Elk Grove DCJR. More

All of the people who we worked with at the dealership were wonderful, especially Tony and Suzanne. They went out of their way to make what could have been a very complicated transaction seem easy. Do not deal with this dealership, you'll be extremely dissapointed with snotty sales guys with lots of pride and big egos.
