I did most of my research online, then had discussions via e-mail with Jeremy (Internet sales). He was responsive, and worked hard for me. However, while I do feel I got a very good deal on my Jeep, the customer service rating is not as high as it could have been for two reasons: 1) It was the first time I've ever purchased a new vehicle and the dealership did not send me off with a full tank of gas. That was disappointing after just spending a chunk of change on a new vehicle. 2) I did have to wait around for an hour+ because they had to make a replacement key because one that came with the vehicle was lost. It didn't get rushed through, nor no offer of coffee, soda, etc. for the inconvenience. It's these little things that set a dealership aside, folks! The above aside, do your research and then give Elk Grove Dodge/Jeep an opportunity too... Also, Charles in Finance did a great job by explaining everything to us in detail without being long-winded about it. He knows his stuff. More

This time was very different. As I approached the dealership I met Stanley. He is very polite, respecful and helpful. We went to the supplemental parking area where I test drove the 2011 Dodge Caliber. Stanley is very knowledgable about Dodge products. Every question or concern I had he answered very professionally. I love the vehicle, it has everything I was looking for. As this is my sencond Dodge, I am very pleased with the vehicle. Stanley and Gordon were exceptional in making a great deal. I would reccommend your dealership to everyone, especially the 2 salemen who assisted me in my purchase, Stanley and Gordon. It may have taken 3 years to come back, but it was well worth the visit. It took over a week to get my car and when I did finally pick it up there was little fuel in it and I live nearly a half hour from the dealership. We saw the car and deal we wanted in the Sacramento Bee and called the dealership a couple of times with questions. Simon brought around the 2012 Dodge Durango SXT we were interested in and we took it for a drive. We loved it so we showed the sales staff the Sac Bee advertisement. The ad price was honored and we drove away in the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Simon, Steve and Jim were pleasant and professional. This last weekend I purchased my third consecutive Dodge Ram 1500 truck. The last 2 have been here at Elk Grove Dodge and I imagine my next one will be as well. If you know what vehicle your looking for I highly recommend using the internet sales tools to purchase and Jay will take care of you. I was at the dealership for approximately 2 hours before driving away in my new truck and a great feeling that I made the right purchase. I also want to mention Jim Kelly in the finance department. He was a very nice gentleman who has clearly been in the business a long time and knows how to make the final step of the process comfortable, while educating me on all my options in finance, warranty, and additional products without all the high pressure.
