I called down to the dealership on a Friday night to see if they had a Durango in Black with a Hemi. I was put in touch with Jeremy and he told me he had what I was looking for. It was a 4 hours experience for a vehicle that was already chosen. However all sales staff were very friendly. The price of the new suv seemed to be okay. I did not realize that my friend would get $100 for referring me if I bought a car and neither did my friend, but Rich insisted that I not forget to tell him. Charles Stetter, the finance manager, was also very friendly and low pressure. Previous experiences, at other dealerships, have been that there was a hard sell after buying the car for extended warranties and other additional work, but Charles was not pushy at all. My overall buying experience was good and if I had only dealt with Rich and Charles I would have rated all categories 5 out of 5. I felt that my experience with negotiating a price with the sales manager, Shak Zazai, was not quite as courteous, frendly, and genuine as my dealings with Rich. More
