I came to Elk Grove because of an ad I found online for the Jeep Patriot. The ad was expired but they honored it anyway. Richard was very helpful and very patient with me. Shak was not as friendly or patient as I would of wanted.. but Rich made up for it!! Richard wasn't pushy at all. They even stayed till after 9pm when I finally signed the papers for my new jeep. I would recommend trying to sell your trade in rather then trading it in. They will stick it to you when it comes to the price of a trade in. I would of liked for them to fill my tank on my new ride as a courteous gesture since I just increased their profits by thousands of dollars. But no, they do not offer that service like most dealerships do. Gas light came on half way through my drive home and had to fill up along the way. Other than that. I really enjoyed Richard's customer service. And would defiantly purchase another Jeep at this dealership!! More

I called down to the dealership on a Friday night to see if they had a Durango in Black with a Hemi. I was put in touch with Jeremy and he told me he had what I was looking for. It was a 4 hours experience for a vehicle that was already chosen. However all sales staff were very friendly. The price of the new suv seemed to be okay. But dog gone they insulted me with the off already chosen. However all sales staff were very friendly. The price of the new suv seemed to be okay. The dealership discounted what they could and as I compared their prices with those on the websites, feel that the deal was very fair. Travis was a consummate professional. A friend recommended Richard Brown as a low pressure, friendly salesman. He was right. I really enjoyed buying my Jeep Wrangler from Rich. He was very genuine, friendly, and easy to talk to. Rich was the type of person you felt like you had known for a long time. Several times, he kept reminding me to tell my friend to come in for his $100 referral fee. I did not realize that my friend would get $100 for referring me if I bought a car and neither did my friend, but Rich insisted that I not forget to tell him. Charles Stetter, the finance manager, was also very friendly and low pressure. Previous experiences, at other dealerships, have been that there was a hard sell after buying the car for extended warranties and other additional work, but Charles was not pushy at all. My overall buying experience was good and if I had only dealt with Rich and Charles I would have rated all categories 5 out of 5. I felt that my experience with negotiating a price with the sales manager, Shak Zazai, was not quite as courteous, frendly, and genuine as my dealings with Rich. More
