My wife and I were looking for a car to replace my current vehicle that was almost at 100,000 miles. Chrysler was not our first choice and had already test drove two vehicles from other dealers in th current vehicle that was almost at 100,000 miles. We found one that was well equipment but it was already late in the evening. Simon spotted us and simply noted to please come back when you have an opportunity and we can take our time to really see what fits us. We did come back the following day and test drove one of the well equiped 200's but the wrong color (only because the one we did like wouldn't start). Walter was very pleasant to work with and we didn't feel pressured. We also wanted to see how the vehicle actually would fit in our garage and Walter accommodated us. We were honest with him and indicated that we still wanted to have my wife test drive a competitors vehicle. We did discuss pricing with Shaq and felt he was competitive with price considering our trade in. We did finally agree on the vehicle but the color we wanted did not have the moon roof or navigation that we wanted. Shaq did a search and found one for us. We did agree to come in the next day and do the paperwork pending the delivery of the preferred vehicle that was located. Walter was also patient with us due to us having to bring our elderly mother along because she couldn't be alone. As much as I don't like the pressure of buying a new vehicle, the experience was good and would recommend to others. More
