From the website, to the phone calls, and then meeting the sales person at the dealership, everything was so much better than all those other time together. First I have to say the website is very user friendly. Most sites don't show prices and force you to call for them, not here. You can do all your research then call for your questions to be answered. When we met our sales rep, John Benton it didn't feel like we were buying anything. the whole process was so low key it almost felt weird. While I am sure that it is normal practice for an appointment to be made at a later date, every scrambled to make sure they could get her new car completed that day since she was going to be driving back to Bakersfield the following day.
