I would love to be able to review the service provided, but I cannot contact anyone in the service department. I've contacted the "Chat" support 4 times, each time they say someone from service will retur but I cannot contact anyone in the service department. I have filled out the "contact us" form, nothing, and just now I called the service phone number and was put on hold ultimately to be routed to a voice mail system.
