Buying a car is not something most people look forward too. This was no exception. Taking my keys to appraise my trade-in is acceptable. Not returning them to me and taking forever with negations just see too. This was no exception. Taking my keys to appraise my trade-in is acceptable. Not returning them to me and taking forever with negations just seemed like a real cheesy way to do business. Got the feeling that the desperation to get a deal done almost bordered on intimidation. I would never want my elderly mother or my young daughter to have to experience that. More
