During the past two years my friends and family have purchased/leased five cars at Nissan of Bergenfield. Nissan of Bergenfield is a dealership that has consistently provided excellent customer service, purchased/leased five cars at Nissan of Bergenfield. Nissan of Bergenfield is a dealership that has consistently provided excellent customer service, pleasant, knowledgable sales staff, and management that was truly appreciative of your purchase. They have extremely fair pricing and consistently made better offers than dealerships in Englewood Cliffs, Ramsey, Hackensack, and Rt 17 (All of whom I have visited). Do your homework- research the car and pricing- and then call Nissan of Bergenfield. Marilyn takes the fear out of dealing with dealerships. Our lease on our Murano will be up next year and I look forward to contacting Marilyn at Nissan of Bergenfield. More
STAY AWAY!!!! These crooks quoted us a price online and like most thieves reneged on the deal once we got into the showroom. Of course, their spin on it was that they will honor the quoted price contingen like most thieves reneged on the deal once we got into the showroom. Of course, their spin on it was that they will honor the quoted price contingent on us accepting several thousand dollars less (than other Nissan Dealerships offered us) on our trade in. What amazes me is these imbeciles thought that made perfect sense. What a scam! It is a true testament to the overall integrity of the dealership. Dennis, the salesman, was a puppet to Dean, who identified himself as the Director and that, if true, is an overall testament to the Leadership of the dealership. Do yourself a favor, read all the reviews about this place, stay away and go elsewhere. That being said, don’t loose hope in Nissan. Immediately after leaving this deceitful, fallacious and fraudulent dealership, I went to another Nissan dealership just a short drive away and purchased a new Rogue at the price these crooks quoted and got the full/fair value on my trade in. This was the first time I visited the dealership and found everyone to be curteous. I was shopping around but then decided this would be my final dealership visited. Compared to all the others, there found everyone to be curteous. I was shopping around but then decided this would be my final dealership visited. Compared to all the others, there was no comparison, they were attentive to my needs. The manager approached me in the showroom to introduce himself (which I felt was an excellent way of making me feel confortable) I believe his name was Rick, he told the salesmen to come to him when it comes to the final price. Well, thats exactly what happened after we figured which car would best suit my needs. I took delivery of an 2010 Altima and I love it. I have never experienced anything like this before. I will never hesitate to recommend the Nissan of Bergenfield to any of my friends. Thank you for making the purchase of an automobile a pleasure! More

What a total unbelievable scam. I sent internet queries to several different dealerships in my area. I knew exactly what i wanted. Color, make, model...everything. I had already been to a dealership and te to several different dealerships in my area. I knew exactly what i wanted. Color, make, model...everything. I had already been to a dealership and test drove it. Did all my homework. Nissan was offering a $4,500 rebate for August. Couple that with getting closer to invoice versus the msrp and its a fairly decent deal i could get for a 2010 Nissan Armada- Platinum. I got quotes back from all 4 places and Nissan of Bergenfield (NOB) was the best by a few hundred dollars. However i decided to go with the dealership that test drove with me because the guy seemed like a nice guy and took his time with me. But it turned out he couldn't get the color my wife wanted. So i said i was going to see if i could get it elsewhere and he assured me that he can see all the inventories available for Nissan and it just isnt available anywhere. I told him if i couldn't get it we could look at another color and i'd be back. Thats when NOB said they could get it for me. I said to the internet specialist who helped me-- i have already been warned about a deceptive sales practice of promising something you know you cant get to get me to leave a deposit-- only to tell me later something happened and now it can't be gotten but we can get you this... thereby locking you in to deal with them. She was incredulous, and said that they don't do business that way. She said they had the car in a dealership they have a good relationship with in Virginia. As long as i didn't mind waiting for it to ship up here it was a done deal. All they needed was a $500 deposit so they could get the car shipped. I said no problem. But i warned her again... if you plan on making some excuse later this is just a big waste of time because i will never buy a car from you if you lie to me about this. If you can't get the white i would be willing to consider a silver that i know are around. But she said it was all good. They have it. A couple of weeks go by with emails in between telling me it's preparing to ship. It's in transit. Couple more days. Around Aug 26 i say that im getting a little nervous because the 4500 rebate ends aug 31. She tells me not to worry about it. If it comes in Sep they will honor it anyway. Sep 1 i send email asking for an update and she says i'm sorry for the delay but actually this sale is out of my hands now. You need to speak with your salesman Kieth. I say what?? I don't know a Kieth. She says that he is trying to locate the car for me. I said WHAT!? You said it was on its way from Virginia. You have it. That's when she stopped replying to my emails. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he said they can't get a white one. I said but you already have it being shipped. He say's noone here told you that!!!!!!!!! I have it on email moron. I also made all my calls from worked which are taped lines that we save for a year and i can have them all pulled for the phone conversations! But they sure as xxxx took my $500 deposit and put it through quick. So now i have called the bank, Nissan Consumer Affairs and i'm going to every website i can find to warn people about that pit of lying vipers. They didn't even need to lie to me. I was willing to work on a different color if they couldn't find the white. But they just lived up to the reputation most of these dealers have. They lie cheat and cajole. BE CAREFUL. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Rick Small, Melissa Santiago and Kieth somebody. What a horrible waste of time. Oh by the way-- it's now Sep 2 and the 4500 rebate ended i guess. We are going to look at Toyota Sequoia's... More
My experience with this dealership was the worst for a 'first-time' new car buyer. Mr. Mirra used the old "bait and switch" move on me: I had in my possession a certificate with a price and a $1, 700 reb 'first-time' new car buyer. Mr. Mirra used the old "bait and switch" move on me: I had in my possession a certificate with a price and a $1, 700 rebate. Upon surrendering my certificate to Mr. Mirra, he switched on me to a company orientated package. He told me if I used the rebate I would have to finiance the car at a 'higher interest rate'. My wife asked him "what happend to our $1, 700 and he gave us some lame explanation. After too much haggling, he asked me to leave a 'refundable' deposit and I (like a fool) left him $100.00, which has not been refunded to me. I was suppose to go back and finalized the deal, but you can imagine I did not sleep well the night before finalizing the deal. In fact, I woke-up feeling violated and vunerable. I did not take the deal. My overall experience was "very bad." And this should serve as a 'first-time' new car buyers: stay-away from this dealership and far away from Davide Mirra. More
Worst auto buying experience ever. Both the salesmen and the managers are common theives and have no idea what they are talking about. Service dept is aweful and no matter how many people you talk to they the managers are common theives and have no idea what they are talking about. Service dept is aweful and no matter how many people you talk to they all give you a different story. They told us whatever they needed to get us out of their face and passed us on to someone else. My wife, myself, and her family were called numerous times to turn our lease in early. We went 3 months early and desided to go back closer to the end of our lease. We ended up going back 1 month to the times to turn our lease in early. We went 3 months early and desided to go back closer to the end of our lease. We ended up going back 1 month to the end of the lease and got a fairly good deal. One of the terms of the deal was to pay the last payment of the previous lease. This was said numerous times during negotiation (or we would have just waited one more month) and was on the paperwork when signed. The car was taken home that day but upon waking the next day we found oil on the driveway. My wife went back to the dealer the next day (alone) and they switched the car, new paperwork, etc. We recieved a call from Nissan asking about the last payment and explained the situation. We figured they may have been crossed in the mail or something. We called Nissan of Bergenfield and was told it will be taken care of. Two months later we get a call from the collections department. We pay the last payment plus the late fee and after 10 trips to the dealership still have not recieved anything back. We have purchased 5 cars through them within the last 6 years and we end our relationship like this. They claim it is no where for the GM to see it is supposed to be paid but the salesman confirms it was there on the original deal and said it should have been paid. Someone screwed up there... whether intentional or not there was lying and deception. I would not recommend. Will be filing paperwork with consumer affairs and bbb. Even got all conversation on video. Contact me if you need any more information or people to not deal with there. There are also other stories I have heard about taking advantage of people including a young college student who is paying over 500 a month on a lease for an altima! More
