Everyone knows taking your car in to get fixed is a big hassle but I really had a great experience when I took my Infiniti in to get serviced a little bit ago. It was one of those days -- had both kids with me and was by myself -- the staff was so nice to my children and kept them distracted while I filled out the paperwork. I have to say that this was the best experience I've ever had when taking a car in. Next time I need somethign fixed, I won't dread it as much!
