Literally sat at this place for 2 hours and was at the end of making a deal till they increased the price in the end. I contacted this store based on a truecar estimate which they verbally over the phone said they would honor. Original interaction with the manager, sales representative was great until it came down to deal time. The value of selling price increased by 1000 at the very end. Sales person came with a final price, We agreed based on truecar estimate. We were interested in 0% financing, nowhere during this was the additional $1000 mentioned. Sales rep offered the negotiated rate with 0% finance. The very end of the deal literally doing the math with the sales person, we were ready to sign. (Side note: Sales rep was rushing the entire time and kept asking for check, and wanted his down payment. We didn't meet with a the finance manager, he kept telling me it was simple math and he can show you how it's done) Until he meet with two of his managers who you literally heard screaming at him in their office because sales rep never mentioned the additional $1000. Which means the sales rep and I were on the same page. The managers were all on a different page. The manager showed up at our desk and said this is not the value and adds $1000 and says he can only sell us the car for the additional $1000 value. Mind you, the sales rep on the contract wrote the total selling price with tax, registeration fee with the original agreed cost. Manager kept saying the original value doesn't say 0% finance and then we showed him what the sales rep wrote on the side of the contract, "$$$$$ with 0% financing for 60 months" and he says he can't accept this deal. Manager was proven wrong but felt as if he had the right to call it off just cause he could. I wouldn't recommend their business with all of my friends, family or even enemies. Only cause this place seemed disorganized, rude and unqualified to run a business where they don't stick to their word. If the price increase was mentioned before a contract was written up, I would have settled but literally they came to the very end where I had a down payment amount written for them said btw theres a slight increase in the price. Very unprofessional. Literally lied to my face stating he didn't know. More

Put down a deposit, but we end up changing our mind because we found a better mechanic to fix the car issue. This is when everything goes down hill. We stopped by 3 times to talk to BENNY because he NEVER return a phone call, unless if you want to buy a car. He stated that it was the head office that was holding the payment, then they need time to process a check, then the main office was not providing him a refund code to revert the transaction. It's a whole bunch of BS. So far it's been almost A MONTH. This place has no integrity for their customers and I would NOT recommend anyone to try them. They only care about potential money in ~ More
worst Dealership ever The Nissan in Bergenfield is by far the worst dealership I've been to. I have been shopping for months and saw many dealers. Dennis is a dbag as well The Nissan in Bergenfield is by far the worst dealership I've been to. I have been shopping for months and saw many dealers. Dennis is a dbag as well as the rest of them. Should have know better. Had a bad experience in 08. They should have a 0 rating. They still have 2013 leftovers. There is a reason for that. Because their all dbags. There are better deals and people out there. I went to Ramsey Infiniti to purchase my car and had the best experience ever. Good deal and in and out before I knew it. Ask for Jose. That's who I dealt with. Just so you know everyone there was nice and all willing to help. Stay away from Bergenfield Nissan. More
Beware of bait and switch *****BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH****If there was an option for 0 stars, this would be the rating that this dealership deserves. We went online- browsed *****BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH****If there was an option for 0 stars, this would be the rating that this dealership deserves. We went online- browsed some cars and found a used Nissan Quest that was in our price range. We went into the dealership to find that it was marked at a different price than on the internet. (Internet price: 20,995- sticker price on vehicle 23,995) I was told by the salesperson that the lady who handles the internet marketing was confused, and I was told by the sales manager that they were "hacked" and looking into it. Really? Someone hacks into your system to offer an additional discount and they take the time to write "marked down from previous price of ? However, that wasn't the only "mistakes". When we asked to see the car we were told it was a misprint and the car was actually 25,995. ( ONE CAR~ THREE PRICES !?! ) Since it was late in the day, we returned the next day. The sticker was still with the misprinted price. We negotiated from the price we were told to the sticker price (from 25,995 to 23,995) we ran my credit, I gave in my insurance, everything was ready when all of a sudden- I was informed by Alfredo (the finance manager) that they were confused during the negotiations and that the GM thought that we were discussing a different car. This was ridiculous because the entire time I kept mentioning the car by the last four of the vin and it was the ONLY NISSAN QUEST 2013 in their lot. 4 hours to be swindled... beware of bait and switch and go with a respectable dealership that will not waste your time. You need to go somewhere that handles deals with professionalism. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission.and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. (Lucky for me I took pictures of all the paperwork and the price quotes to submit along with my complaints.) I hope to save others from the bad experience that I had. More
Waste of time 2 major problems here: 1. Fees - they charge a 1500,00 loyalty fee when you buy your first car with them and you supposedly get a 1500.00 discount 2 major problems here: 1. Fees - they charge a 1500,00 loyalty fee when you buy your first car with them and you supposedly get a 1500.00 discount on car number 2. In addition to that fee, there are 2 other fees. One is 695.00 and the other is 495.00. So you see this great internet price, then when you get there , it's an additional 2700.00. 2. Disgusting cars - my salesman knew I was driving 4 hours to see a 2013 Nissan Quest and when he pulled up the car, I could already Smell a very foul odor with the doors shut! The entire car smelled bad and was VERY dirty. This was a complete waste of time and I wish I would of read the reviews first. What a disaster this place is. More
Nightmare experience!!! And still on-going!!! Really wish I read the reviews before I decided to lease a car from Elite Nissan of Bergenfield. They are totally unprofessional and will lie to your Really wish I read the reviews before I decided to lease a car from Elite Nissan of Bergenfield. They are totally unprofessional and will lie to your face. I leased a Nissan Rogue and sold my Prius and was supposed to get $3000+ back from Nissan Bergenfield. Two months later, I still do not have full payment. I even called Nissan Financial and told them my situation. They said the dealership should have paid me in full a week or two after the transaction and tells me to check with the dealership - which I have! MANY TIMES!!! These past two months, I have called Elite Nissan of Bergenfield numerous times - every time the reps (sales guy, manager and the general manager) would say they'd check and call me back, which they never do. Since I'm getting nowhere over the phone, I have gone to the dealership four times asking where my check is. Every time, they say they don't have the check, because "the boss isn't here to sign it" and "will work on it and call you back." There is NO WAY the owner hasn't been there in two months to sign checks. I guess it's easier to blame the owner who is supposedly MIA all the time than themselves. There's only so many lies I can take before I lose my patience. It's been almost two months and last friday I was in there asking for my check yet again. They finally gave me a partial check and said I'd have the rest on Monday and will call me when it's ready. As usual they lied and didn't call me back on Monday, so I went in again today (tues) and now they're telling me Wednesday because "the owner hasn't been around." I'm sure you get the picture what an awful experience this has been. Seriously, how many phone calls and visits do I have to make to get paid for my car??? This is just beyond ridiculous. If I knew they were going to be such a nightmare to deal with, I never would have dealt with them. I've been dealing with their B.S. for two months now. It's been nothing but frustrating and the transaction is still not done. Supposedly, they'll "have it tomorrow" but I'll believe it when I see it. I've heard that line many times before from them and they've all been lies. Also, the day I signed the deal almost two months ago, my sales guy and the manager asked me to give them all tens (perfect review) on the Nissan Corporate Survey, and specifically told me to not write they had asked me to do that. Yes, they actually had the audacity to ask me that. Save yourself the frustration and nightmare experience. If you want a Nissan, go to a different Nissan dealership. More

SAVE TIME AND MONEY, SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! The dealers talk nicely to you to smooth things over until you point out things in their contract that they do not honor when they are supposed to. W The dealers talk nicely to you to smooth things over until you point out things in their contract that they do not honor when they are supposed to. When this happens, then all of a sudden you can't reach them. When you call, you will get one of the following with no return call: 1. "Oh, he is in a meeting right now, i will have him return your call". 2. "Oh he is with another client right now, i will give him the message, so he can call you back". 3. "Oh we didn't get the fax, our fax machines are down right now...". 4. "Oh he didn't get a chance to check his email...." 5. "Oh they no longer work here..." I've called to speak to the dealer "B. Rodriguez", and was told he was busy with a client only to observe him in the dealership parking lot and not busy at all . I've upheld my end of the contract, I've kept my word and did not get the same in return. i paid off my car in one month, but cancelled their Optional $3,900 Vehicle Service Contract and GAP plan the next day after purchase. They financed the vehicle i got with these options i cancelled the next day. They owe me that money back. You can pick any excuse I've listed above, 1 through 5. Its been half a year and still counting that this business has yet to comply with their own contractual agreements and fulfill my refund. Especially, when they are the ones that chose which bank to go with financing and did not wanted me to choose my own. They financed the car while all along stated that it came with 2 keys (like any other dealership) but gave me only one and said they will mail me the other, because they have it at their other building. A month later, they inform me "oh yeah, we don't have a 2nd key for your car". It would have been easier if i was told they didn't want my money at the door. They even write their own complimentary reviews online, and this information i got from someone who use to work for them. If you analyze most of their patronizing, favorable reviews you will notice a pattern. Its not rocket science. Its been half a year and i have yet to hear from Benny R., R. Foster or Syed (the person with one name). BOTTOM LINE: IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! More
