Quirky, hidden jewel among used car dealers I figured I might be in for a unique experience at Elite Motors when I found that the showroom had only late model Porsches and Mercedes in addition t I figured I might be in for a unique experience at Elite Motors when I found that the showroom had only late model Porsches and Mercedes in addition to a wide selection of used cars at reasonable prices. My salesman John Paul was professional and friendly in a good, low key way. He went out of his way to solve a slightly unusual situation I had with a license plate from a previous vehicle and found a terrific rate on a car loan. I asked JP about the "For the People" slogan and he and a manager explained that it symbolizes their very real commitment to customer service. Everybody seems to be working hard to striving to live to their motto. My only constructive criticism is that it took me three tries to find someone to help me when the original salesman I had been in touch with through the internet was not available. Wouldn't trust this dealership I was very excited to drive an hour away to look at a 2010 f150, after waiting a week for it to be serviced it was finally ready for me to come test d I was very excited to drive an hour away to look at a 2010 f150, after waiting a week for it to be serviced it was finally ready for me to come test drive it. When I got there the first thing I noticed was the tires were completely bald, would need all 4 new tires before winter. Then opened all the doors and on the bottom of the doors there was a lot of rust, probably be rusted out in a few years. Then I tried to open the tailgate, well... that wouldn't work, while I was back there I noticed the drivers side brake light plastic was broken like someone backed into something. Then proceeded to open the hood and smelled something burning and a weird noise coming from one of the pulleys, they claimed they just repaired an idler pulley. Since I had already drove an hour away I figured I might as well at least test drive it. While I was driving I was playing with all the gadgets and when I tried to get the ac to work it blew out hot air on the drivers side and the brakes did not feel right. For this vehicle to be getting serviced for a full week and it was in the condition it was in when I came to test drive it, I would not recommend this place to anyone! What a joke and a waste of a day!! More
