I went to the dealer to purchase a vehicle. I placed a cash deposit for them to hold the car I was interested in. I was not approved for financing. I asked for my refund back and they said they I placed a cash deposit for them to hold the car I was interested in. I was not approved for financing. I asked for my refund back and they said they will have to issue a check. I am still waiting for them to refund my money after 3 weeks. I have visited the dealer numerous times and been constantly told to come back another day. I have called to inquire about this as well and the call has been disconnected twice as if someone hung up the phone. I also sent an email to the location and received no reply. No follow up by management whatsoever. More

Woman at check in had nasty attitude, told my husband that she didn’t see any appointment scheduled for us and that she would call in 40 minutes. Mechanic was polite asked what we needed and told us to check back in with the woman with the bad attitude. She then takes out information name phone number car info all with bad attitude she didn’t even know proper name for car part needing repair. She said she would give my husband a print out of needed repairs but never did. We won’t be going back and now don’t even know what additional repairs are needed beside the recall we took it in for. We will be going elsewhere More
