He took the time to explain each of the features and options and helped guide me through the decision process. After that, Moe worked with the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Elgin Toyota to get me the price that kept me within my budget. Before departing a few hours later with my new Avalon I had met the General Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager, and several of the other sales professionals that had all focused on meeting my expectations. Moe and the professional staff at Elgin Toyota provided such delightful customer service that I will be sure to tell my friends where they can go for their next purchase. Marlon Was our sales advisor who has an immense knowledge in the cars and addresses the customer needs based on the requirement. We actually had plans of getting an used car but finally ended buying a new Co in the cars and addresses the customer needs based on the requirement.
