Rudy was awesome. Even though he was not our service advisor, he was called upon to help us connect our cell phones to the Bluetooth in our car. He got that done within a few minutes. He took it upon himself to personally remove them. He tried with one cleaner it did not work so he tried with a second and a third and was satisfied only when it was all removed. Even though the dealership was busy being a Saturday, he took time out to help and answer questions. He had a big smile on his face the whole time. Began 8 day search via Internet contacting 7 dealers. Though not the lowest price at beginning, RJ was able to beat my best price and go a lower. I made appointment and went to dealership. RJ came out and introduced himself and handed us over to sales rep "Bo" to close deal. She was absolutely wonderful. Went for test drive then did all the paperwork. Wanted to sell us some add-on's, which we declined, she did not pressure us at all. After deal she showed us how to operate everything in the rav. I was not pressured to pay extra for anything and I really feel like he had my best interests at heart. I left the dealership feeling excited, happy, comfortable and fairly treated. Bob Keissami was also very helpful as he explained the 2 years of free maintenance and 6 month free dents/dings protection plan you get with Elgin Toyota.
