Elgin Toyota was highly recommended by Consumer Reports Subscription service; I otherwise would not have been aware of this dealership. After making an initial contact with Erica Mason online, she was completely upfront with pricing, guided me through the options available on each vehicle and provided a simple and hassle-free car purchasing experience. When the deal was complete, I traveled the two hours to Elgin and the drive was well worth it. Although the paperwork took some time, I left with a new insurance card, new license plates and a Navigation system that was programed to get me home in my new Camry SE V6. Best new car transaction ever. More

The same evening, I visited Elgin Toyota and met Tancho and Mike who together found time to speak with me as they were closing up 3 other deals and the end of the shift. Everything was as advertised and I left with the car. The next morning I returned completed the paperwork and was out the door in less than an hour...WOW! Tancho hopped in the vehicle setup my phone and demonstrated all the options before letting me leave. I was personally thanked and welcomed to the family by the owner, met the service team, and left with some parting gifts on behalf of the dealership! Usually don't like shopping for cars. I hate when the dealers are pushy. No high pressure at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Had all my questions answered. We were looking for a third car for our family. We have a Ford and a Toyota. I have been looking at a Honda Civic which i liked very much. I was very honest with him and told him i was interested in the Honda too, he still was very helpful and pleasant. We were introduced to Mike Yorky and he was very pleasant and pointed out our options again and the magic word I should say that they both remained very polite and pleasant even after I explained to them I told the gentleman in the Honda Dealership we be back with my daughter. We returned to the Honda Dealership the salesperson was very nice but the manager had the worse attitude so without second thought we left the Honda Dealership and returned to Elgin Toyota even though I loved the Honda the service that we received made me dislike the car.
