Excellent Service A couple of weeks back I brought my 2012 F250 ford truck into Elgin Toyota on Rte. 20 that was in need of repairs. In the past I have used the Ford de A couple of weeks back I brought my 2012 F250 ford truck into Elgin Toyota on Rte. 20 that was in need of repairs. In the past I have used the Ford dealership in Elgin and have not been satisfied with their service. I decided to try the new Elgin Toyota dealership. When I arrived at the service department I explained to a Mr. Ryan Baum and Mr. Mike Barich who were both present at the time about the repairs that needed to be done, Both Mr. Baum and Mr. Barich were very helpful and courteous in assisting me. I also informed them that I needed new tires for the truck they were very informative about different types and price ranges that would best suite my needs and affordability. When I came to pick up my truck Mr. Baum took the time to explain in detail all of the repairs that were done. I had such excellent service from your dealership I will continue to bring all my vehicles in for service and repairs, I will also highly recommend to friends and family to contact Mr. Baum and or Mr. Barich to set up an appointment with your dealership for their service and repairs. After a while we needed something for one of our cars, so we called Jose Gonzalez. Jose never answer the phone, I left a message explaining him what I needed, Jose never called back. To me this is an acct of irresponsibility and lack of professionalism. More
