Bought a Sienna labeled as 8 seat in Feburary 2020 through Mike Schramm Jr. At first we noticed there's no 8th seat in the car we drove home so I contacted Mike Jr and he said he'll have the seat for through Mike Schramm Jr. At first we noticed there's no 8th seat in the car we drove home so I contacted Mike Jr and he said he'll have the seat for me once I come back to deliver the second pair of keys of my trade-in. But when I went there I was told by his father Mike Schramm Sr. that he failed to find the 8th seat for my model which should be a cloth seat while he can only find a leather one. He said he'll deliver the correct 8th seat to my address so I went home. But after one month nothing happened so I contacted Mike Jr. and he told me that he couldn't find the 8th seat and I have to come to the dealership to talk to the used car manager named Ahmed or something personally because he said he talked to the guy and got rejected and he tried to keep his job. But I was out of town for a while and cannot make it to the dealership and due to Covid I cannot take the risk. So things got held up and untill now I havn't received any calls or information from them yet. I have to mention that the posting did say it's an 8-seat passenger sienna! Really dissapointing experinece. They probably know there's no 8th seat on this car so they lied and kept fooling customers. More

Very Shady. I was lied to about a car to test drive. They kept someone had it on a test drive. When the manager came out, the salesperson started it was in the shop. Typical shady dealership. Nice too you when they want your money but won't give the same respect when they are liable. They sold my girlfriend a vehicle that broke less than a week after driving it. Took it to a mechanic and found out valve cover was cracked causing oil to leak into the cylinder. Now they are doing the typical run around forwarding us to different departments and telling us to bring the car in ( even though the car cannot be driven) so they "can look at it". More

When we picked up our new highlander Aug 3rd, we were told by someone whose name I don't remember that since our car registration was due to expire on 8/31, they took the liberty of supplying us with a told by someone whose name I don't remember that since our car registration was due to expire on 8/31, they took the liberty of supplying us with a new sticker. However, I had already sent in the application to get the renewal. We were not asked if there was a possibility that we had already requested a renewal but were told that the sticker had already been put on our new vehicle. The man said the state would send us a refund. No refund check has arrived and a call to the state revealed that the state would not refund the payment until certain papers had been filled out and the other sticker was returned. Now we have to wait to be reimbursed as the new sticker has not been sent. I resent that we were made to pay extra for the dealership to provide us with a renewal sticker. if they had only asked, they would have known that the renewal had already been sent. Now the state has an extra $176.00. The sales person was great, friendly and helpful. More

After I signed the papers, they showed me the CarFax report and I discovered that the car was in an accident and was previously owned by a car rental agency. It appears they purchased the car at an auction. When I'm about to drive off the lot with the car, they hand me one key and say it's all they can provide (a $300 item). Additionally, I didn't even receive an auto manual or license plate holder. They stuck the license plate in the front window on the dashboard and said the service center was closed - although the new car they were delivering at the same time had license plate holders. They didn't thoroughly inspect or clean up the car. My kids found bottles of perfume and funeral service cards in the seat pockets. Buyer beware when dealing with these guys! More
Dealership charged $35 for shop supplies. I asked for what and no answer. I'm so unhappy. Never going there again. Advice for others. Ask how much they will charge in total. They're both on the internet sales team (you can find them on the official site's Staff page). Lisa has been very straightforward, and prompt in her response. Cynthia has been very patient with my many questions and also straightforward with her answers. Got the sales price quote from Lisa, the internet sales manager. The sales price quote was GREAT compared to other stores. I've double, triple checked with Lisa about the sales price. I'm aware that there are doc, plate, and other fees. But those fees are easily calculated since they're standard across the state. My partner and I thought it was a good place to work from so my partner went in. We were ready to leave with a car. THE ISSUE: My partner went in today, 7/15/2020. the salesperson on the floor named "Matthew Farbo" went beyond the "typical" salesperson tactics to muddle the deal by being dishonest. (Name could be a nickname or just a generic name he had on his computer. I could not find him on the staff directory on the Elgin website). First off, he refused to honor the sales price quote I got from Lisa, the internet sales manager. EVEN WITH A SCREENSHOT OF THE SALES PRICE QUOTE, he kept saying he was confused about that price and refused to talk out the door prices. Then, he tried to trick my partner into paying a SECOND "delivery" fee when the delivery fee should only be paid once. NONE OF THE OTHER DEALERS my partner has talked to have at all brought up the SECOND "delivery" fee when talking OTD price. Never. There are articles online that warn you about salespeople who try to pull off the "second delivery fee" so watch out. Next--this is more standard tactic I've seen--Farbo said that he won't talk prices at all unless my partner takes it out for a test drive. Typical move, so not too surprised. My partner said he wants to hear the price first because that's the most important thing. Farbo then says, "What's the point of price if you don't like the car and I'm giving you a crappy car?" This salesperson was absolutely unprofessional. After about 40 minutes, my partner just walked out. More
