There is one thing I see as a common issue here in the negative reviews and that is Bob. We were already to purchase a car today. Had the price of the vehicle filled out the credit application and then th negative reviews and that is Bob. We were already to purchase a car today. Had the price of the vehicle filled out the credit application and then the salesman Jun came back and was trying to sell us the interior wArrenty for almost $4000 more that we said we were not interested in. Then one by one a sales manager would come over. Basically stating that we don’t have an option YOU HAVE TO BUY It so all of a sudden the car the car is 4000 more! When they knew what we wanted to pay BEFORE the test drive, before the credit application and before being there 2 hours already! I get it’s a sellers market but that is totally dishonest!!! You tell that to your customers BEFORE they give you all their information!!! Bob is not interested in making customers happy! He is interested in smiling and saying “ you don’t like it go somewhere else”! Well guess what Bob there will be a day when you are full of cars and people will not come back to you because you are a rude and arrogant just as the other sales managers were that came by us!!!! I am being told the owner is making them have people purchase this!!!! It’s wrong and deceptive to do it AFTER you have someone fill out an application! More
Stay Away From this dealership Shady Tactic’s. Before even going there I made sure and asked for all itemized numbers and even asked is there any other packages that are associated with the vehicle. But nope there’s $3995 additional charges that will be added weather you like it or not. They will try to put you in. Even for the current TOYOTA INCENTIVES I had to tell that it’s 1.9% on the vehicle otherwise if you don’t know you end up 2.9%. I’ll get the vehicle but not coming again to this Dealership. Will make sure to call TOYOTA CORPORATE and express my experience. There’s a BIG Reason that still 2.8 Stars More

I bought my 2019 Highlander here and had issues when I bought with the sales team. The manager did make it right. Today I was deceived by a service tech. When I was leaving I confronted him about it and he said I signed for it. I could have signed over my first born. Never had I had issues like this in the past. Before we even set eyes on the car Mike (sales consultant) was confrontational and says "We're charging at least $4000 over MSRP on everything." He was not knowledgeable on the vehicle specifics and proceeded to lie about options, prices, and features. I mentioned wanting a lease, he said it was "not possible because they can't approve such a high surcharge on a lease." After a test drive, I wanted to get some numbers and get out. Mike put this "customer worksheet" in front of me and said "sign here to say you'll buy the car today if we get your payment right." I guess I wasted my time so you don't have to. More

Absolute worst car buying experience ever. 5 hours of run around from Brad Amin and his managers, would not take $10,000 down payment check even with proof of funds. When I tried to leave they would not give me my keys back after asking 4 times and brought out several more disrespectful managers to pull the bully tactics. No one should be treated like this, do not recommend these deplorable human beings! I would rather have a root canal than deal with this dealership. More
They’re not even going to get a chance to earn my business because every new car on the lot has a $3995 “Resistall” package on it - this is not advertised anywhere on the dealer’s website in inventor business because every new car on the lot has a $3995 “Resistall” package on it - this is not advertised anywhere on the dealer’s website in inventory. This package was $2495 two months ago - at best this is paint sealant that is part of any normal exterior detailing. You can charge MSRP in a tight market, but $4000 for something like this (that you wouldn’t find out about until you get to the store) is deceptive at best and possibly criminal. I’ll remember this next year when I’m in the market and your lot is overflowing with inventory. Stay away from this place! More
