We can personally confirm the shady business practices you read about in the other reviews. Stay away. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing a car last weekend. Be warned the E-price is bait and dealer will add $4,995 of unwanted protections and Swat for anti theft. During my purchase I had to switch cars 3x because even though we had the keys other salesperson negotiated the price on my fist choice. Had to settle for a car with clean options and higher price. Sales manager want aware of Toyota loyalty offers and I had to show website. Financing was the worst experience due to condescending person and bad attitude to top it off. He tried to add more protections and unsolicited warranties. I declined and he became aggressive and made it seem like he was doing me a favor. Purchase took over 7hrs and lots of wasted time waiting and lack of communication between departments. Only positive experience was dealing with Sergio M the salesperson. Do better Elgin Toyota and upfront with pricing. FYI, Toyota care's protection covers the first 2 years of services. Now the dealership called that I need to go back and sign a new contact since the financing department lied on the contract and Toyota financial won't accept the contract. I have 4 distinct contracts from the finance manager Daniel with different numbers but they all magically have the same out the door number. Can't do basic math and overcharged for Docs fees and many other fees. Avoid at all cost. More

I purchased a car in 2020 from this dealership. The sales person sold me a warranty that would detail my car for the life of the car. I found out that This dealership charged my card 5 days later on a card they saved on file without my authorization for detail, that was supposed to be included in the warranty.
