They use classic “bait and switch” games to get people in the crappy, run down dealership. Went in to purchase a new suv. Ordered the suv(with deposit), waiting over a week for the vehicle to arrive. Got a call from dealership stating the vehicle was pre-sold. One might think they would have told me that as soon as I put money down. The sales man was great, he did everythig right and can't say enough great things about him. However it's the management that was at fault. Then there is talk about other customers in front of other customers. That's not real professional in my opinion. Then after I came back to to take delivery of a different vehicle, the accesories that were supposed to be included where not there. They tried to pull a fast one. I don't think I would ever step foot in that place again. Not even for a free car wash. They might try to scam me on that too. More
I bought a 2009 Sonata on Feb. 23. I love the car. When we got home, we looked at the ad online, and found it it was a "certified" Hyundai. All I want is the paperwork that tells me that this car is certified. 2 people have told me that the paperwork was on their desk and I would have it overnight. Toady is April 25th & I have yet to see it. Tomorrow I am going to Hyundai. I am absolutely sick of dealing with these people. Buy from somewhere else. More
is place totally sucks....i bought a used car there and since i was in a hurry to take the car the same day, they have given me a sheet that says things they owe.....they asked me to come after next week t since i was in a hurry to take the car the same day, they have given me a sheet that says things they owe.....they asked me to come after next week to get those things fixed....they took my car for a week or so and fixed only few things and said they have done it all.....when i checked the car on my way back home ..i saw a number of issues not addressed.....then wen i went back they said to come next week....after repeated calls and going to office.....they finally decided to get them fixed, few at their show room and few at another show room ...initially they agreed to pay the costs but when the payment was to be made they said they wont pay the amount....they started behaving like school kids hanging up the calls made by the show room service advisor...keeping calls on hold...not responding properly.....then finally after a lot of argument they agreed to pay but then at the cost of not fixing few other issues they have given me in the owe sheet....i have been cheated by these ppl...i would never ever recommend anyone to this showroom or any show room owned by blautogroup.....I also tried to contact general manger to see if he can address the issues but then I realized that it is just a waste of time and energy.... I would never set foot in this dealership again. We agreed on a price and upon me returning with a cashiers check made out to the dealer for the price agreed upon, the sales manager decided that they w agreed on a price and upon me returning with a cashiers check made out to the dealer for the price agreed upon, the sales manager decided that they were going to up the price of the vehicle by $300. We were so upset and aggrivated we walked out and went to another dealer a few towns over. Lucky for that dealer (Rosen Hyundai), we ended up purchasing two cars instead of one! I was interested in a vehicle from this dealership (04 Tiburon GT). Thought I was getting a good deal on a car that I wanted. Asked the dealership numerous times about the vehicle having ABS and was told the safety features of the 2004 model were the same as those that were standard on the 2006 model. Clearly, this is not the case. The car has no ABS and this was only admitted by the dealer after the sale and I was told they would do nothing to reconcile the situation. Despite many phone calls and attempts to resolve the issue, I was blown off enough to merit me advising friends and family looking for cars to avoid this place like the plague. More
