Elgin Hyundai is a great dealership. No hassles with up front fair pricing. Dave was patient. I was on the look out for a decent car, and came across Elgin Hyundai. The whole team, especially David Bolon, the sales guy was very friendly and helpful. It was the first time I am able to say buying a car was easy. They were very kind and didnt seem like a "car sales man". They had to order in the car we wanted and got it fast. My wife and i were looking for a new 2011 Limited Sonata 2.0T in Indigo blue with gray leather interior and fully loaded. At first the car wasn't available, so Dave and his sales team went to work trying to 2.0T in Indigo blue with gray leather interior and fully loaded. At first the car wasn't available, so Dave and his sales team went to work trying to locate one. Sure enough they were able to find one and do a dealer trade. This was done in a matter of days, the car was prepped, cleaned, waxed, along with additional accessories added on the vehicle was ready for pick-up saturday morning April 29th 2011. My wife is very pleased with the color of the car and the way the car feels, drives, and handles. I would highly recommend Elgin Hyundai and the sales force that they have working at the dealership. Dave was very helpful and courteous with what my wife was looking for in her new car. Thanks again Dave. PS you still owe me a coke. More

I did research on internet, regarding the Hyundai Santafe. The price I should pay, Current Manufacturer rebates, etc. So, I was informed about what I should ask for. Then I called for quotations from about 8 Huyndai dealers around. Got responses from many. One of them Patrick Hyundai, Schaumburg gave an extremely low price. So, I set up an appointment to see a very specific configuration and color. Went there to find out that it was a bait, and they tricked me in to buy what they have at a much higher price. They were very unprofessional. I walked away without wasting much time. One other dealer was doing the same trick, but last minute they addmitted they do not have the specific one I'm lokking for. But only Engin huyndai had the color I needed. TRAVIS is the internet sales rep, who communicated with me. He gave a decent price. Others were not much far, but they didn't have the color I wanted. I aksed him to lower the price. He lowered it another few hundred $s. Since I was fooled once, I asked him to take photos of the actual vehicle and e-mail me. And he did that immediately. Even though it didn't show the color, I trusted that much. Then I walked in, and they had the color I need. But not exactly the configuration I needed. I could see Travis and Dave were not the typical blood sucking sales persons,in their eys and in their talk. So, I knew I could work something with them. Worse case, I walk away anyway. We walked through their stock and found one very close but AWD, and so higher priced than I wanted. What's good about them ( especially Travis) is that he said, he'll try to get this vehicle to the same price he promised for the lower priced vehicle. And after test drive, he did that. He gave me the AWD to the price he promised me for the FWD. So, they made up for the little mistake they did, by not having exactly what they promissed. So, I stayed in their dealership for 4 total hours until 10 PM finished all paper work, and did purchase the vehicle. To best of my knowledge, I had a real great price. And most of all Travis and Dave were, very calm and more quite and they listned to me and worked according to what I want, and not push anything down to me. I appreciate that. I'm sure having my home work done truly helped me too... Travis game a tonne of Manufacturer rebates. Other dealers mentioned 2/3rd of it only. These are great sales ppl, I recommend. But always do your homework and be knowledgable before you go to any dealership. -Vishan More
I filled out a seach request for a car. We received a call from 2 dealers Elgin Hyundai sounded like they were really interested in putting us in the car we wanted. They told us about 3 cars within our budget and one was a Hyundai Accent We drove down to Elgin when we got there they treated us wonderful. They showed us the 3 cars within our means, and we test drove all three selected the one we wanted. We had a 1998 Ranger to trade with less than 100,000 miles the trade value was very fair. They gave us the deal we were looking for. They told us they would sell us the car we wanted which was a Hyundai Accent and they came through for us. We drove home with a 2010 Accent with 8,428 miles on it for the amount we could afford. Plus they split the cost of having the windows tinted,and are having it done at the dealership for us great service!!! We were so impressed with the fact that they put no pressure on us to buy a car that we could not afford. We have been down that road to many times. I would recommend them to everyone.
