We purchased of a new Sonata. I used Autobytel to get quotes and received good responses from Elgin Hyundai. Spoke with Danielle to clarify quote and she was helpful. I thought they were in the Costco program but found out they were not. I used the Costco pricing anyway and they sold me a car at my price, even though the exact car had an extra feature. Joshua Hastings was our sales person and he is excellent--very knowledgeable and not high pressured. Their business manager was very organized and professional in settling up the paperwork. I had tried Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin first and then Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg but neither were close to the experience in Elgin. The whole experience was excellent. More

This was the worst car buying experience we have ever had! They overcharged us after agreeing to a price (they changed it on the contract without telling us). They kept telling us that the refund check was in the mail and that we would get it any day. Finally, after almost 2 months of hearing this and receiving nothing, my husband drove all the back up there to get the check in person and guess what, it was dated that day!! Obviously they were lying to us the whole time. Terrible customer service! Will never buy another car from them again! More

Saturday morning my wife and I were going just to look at a new car. Josh helped us out tremendously. Usually you buy a car and you have to deal with several people. Josh took care of it all from the sales side as well as the financing part of it.
