My husband and I came in just to look, but ultimately left the dealership with a new car because of the great service that we received. I just purchased my third auto from Elgin Hyundai. I traded my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited on a new Azera with Tech package. It was a very pleasant experience. My first purchase was 4 years ago when traded my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited on a new Azera with Tech package. It was a very pleasant experience. My first purchase was 4 years ago when my Son's old 2000 Sonata finally needed to be replaced after about 160k miles and beatings from 3 teenage kids. We traded a car that was barely able to make it to the dealer, but Josh Hastings worked hard to get our business, and assisted with arranging my Son's first car loan. It was a great experience, and the service received at the dealer was also very good. Josh was always very complimentary about my personal ride, which was a 2003 Infiniti 35. When I was ready to trade that car in 2010, I was getting jerked around by my Infiniti dealer, so I decided to get a Sonata. At that time, the car was very new, and in short supply. Elgin Hyundai was able to match an Internet quote I had received, and they took my car in trade immediately, giving me a loaner for the few weeks it took to get the new Sonata in the color I wanted. Amazing! I had been researching the new Azera for a while, but was not really in a hurry to trade. Yesterday, I called Josh to see if trading was feasible. Well... I am now the proud owner of a new Azera with Tech package. I was very happy with the Sonata, but I did miss some of the luxury from my Infiniti. All in all, it was a great experience, and Josh got me a fantastic rate on the car loan. I also need to call out Darwin, who handled the delivery and walked me through the new features on my Azera. (Josh is a Finance Manager now). I highly recommend this dealer, and especially Josh and Darwin. More
David Kang was a pleasure to work with. He answered every one of our questions (and we had many since we had done a lot of research ahead of time), returned emails promptly, and worked hard to secure t every one of our questions (and we had many since we had done a lot of research ahead of time), returned emails promptly, and worked hard to secure the exact vehicle we wanted from another dealership. He and the finance manager, Josh Hastings, was also able to secure us a low financing rate. David was courteous and professional at all times, and followed up with us several times after we purchased the car to see if we had any questions. It was overall a great car buying experience! More
Everything was great! He really made it a priority and helped me save a lot of time and provided me with great support in a very efficient manner. I didn't feel like I was waiting too much on anything at any given point. Our sales representative, Darwin Brown, was very knowledgeable about the product line and in particular about our Hyundai Tuscon. He was very patient and in tune with our personal needs as we negotiated our deal. What normally could be a cumbersome portion of our car-buying experience, final paperwork, was done very quickly and clearly, thanks to Josh Hastings. Our sincere thanks to Danielle B.(internet specialist) who we worked with prior to our visit, and Brian Craig (Sales Manager) who orchestrated the whole process very well! Nik was great! I wanted a specific color, specific interior color and I needed my new car by a certain date. Nic went out of his way to locate the car that I wanted and kept me informed every step of interior color and I needed my new car by a certain date. Nic is quick to return phone calls to answer any questions I have. Nic is friendly and courteous and represents Hyundai well. My husband and I own 4 Hyundai vehicles, we will definately go back to Elgin Hyundai and buy from Nic again. More
Matt Zich took his time with me and helped to find the exact car I wanted. After test driving two different Sonata's, I liked the first car but wanted the color of the second car. Since none were in the lot Matt checked to find that one was on its way into the dealership, due to arrive in 10 days and today I was able to purchase it when it arrived. Thanks to Matt for finding the right car for me and to Josh for putting all of the paperwork together. After researching new cars on the internet for the past 3 months and test driving several, I now have the perfect car for me. More
