Dealer add-ons for paint, fabric, rust and other protections not needed. another $2,000.Markup just because they can. 5,000.+ in dealership add-ons And that’s before you even go to the ‘cut throat’ finance office. Do not give this dealership the time off day, it will cost you dearly. You have been warned, zero stars More

What the heck does Elgin Hyundai think they are doing adding EPP and AIP markups to the price of the 2022 Santa Cruz. When I saw how much that jacked up the price over MSRP i decided to use the Internet adding EPP and AIP markups to the price of the 2022 Santa Cruz. When I saw how much that jacked up the price over MSRP i decided to use the Internet and shop at Rosen Hyundai and Gerald Hyundai to buy my Santa Crus. Sure all Hyundai dealers have limited inventory on the Santa Cruz but a $3995 EPP/AIP markup is incredulous. Don't buy new or used from Elgin Hyundai they are definitely going to jack the price up verses other local Hyundai dealers. More

Took a family friend there for a new car. Unfortunately she was not in the position to walk out. I left and her boyfriend came over to finalized the deal. I've purchased 2 cars from them. Additional freight charge, Markup Charge, their non-negotiable Pro service package, Reinstall charge, not honoring price online regarding discounts.
