Didn't realize buying a car WASN'T a hassle..until now. I came into the dealership on Saturday and said I was looking for a car but wouldn't be ready to make a purchase right away. I expected the sales guy I came into the dealership on Saturday and said I was looking for a car but wouldn't be ready to make a purchase right away. I expected the sales guy to be hesitant because I realize in sales time is money. However, the first sales guy I worked with Phil, treated me as if I was there paying cash for a car that day! He was patient, considerate of my requests and took time test driving cars with me to ensure I picked something I was happy with. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. When I returned, he wasn't in that day but the sales guy Tom was as helpful as if he was closing the deal for himself! Chris the finance manager was even helpful getting me financed and closing the deal. Overall, it was nothing like other car buying experiences I've had. They had LOTS of luxury vehicles and New Hyundais to choose from and great service. I will definitely go back to visit them for my next car purchase! More
