Elgin Hyundai was listed among their partner dealerships, and was the closest to home, honestly. However, as I found out, leasing cars through Uber, as well as ridesharing insurance, is relatively new to Elgin Hyundai AND Illinois. Ridesharing insurance through my existing insurance company, Farmers, will not be available until February 2016. Mitch and Ed were especially helpful, guiding me through the leasing program, then helping me find the appropriate insurance I would need for my work. Ed personally called an insurance company with me in his office, and he, the insurance agent, and I set up new insurance for me on the spot. It was a learning experience for us all, and I'm very grateful for having Mitch and Ed to help me through it. Without them, I know for a fact the experience would not have gone very well for me personally. They said not a word to show any dissatisfaction with their jobs, but I personally believe that both Ed and Mitch deserve raises. More
