Elgin Hyundai gets a 10/10! I had the most exceptional experience at Elgin Hyundai. This was the very first car I have ever bought, and the process went far better than I would I had the most exceptional experience at Elgin Hyundai. This was the very first car I have ever bought, and the process went far better than I would have ever expected. I am a 24 year old female and was accompanied by a female of the same age. In the automotive business in general, women sometimes are taken advantage of since they are assumed to not know much about cars. My friend and I were treated so professionally and we never once felt that we were being taken advantage of in the whole process of purchasing the car. As I said, this was my very first car and I really had no idea what the process would entail. First, I described exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle to our salesman, Lou. He immediately found the perfect match for me. After choosing the 2017 Elantra, he talked me through each step in the purchasing process making sure I understood exactly what the paperwork meant. I always felt comfortable asking questions and speaking up about anything I was confused about. The manager, Brian, checked in with me a few times and made sure I was being well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I am extremely in love with my car! I was telling my friends how much I loved it and they told me I should be in a commercial promoting the car; now if that doesn't tell you how much I love my car, I don't know what would! I have two car seats that fit great in the back, and I feel extra safe driving them around with the additional safety features the car has (I.e. the back up camera, blind spot alert). Music sounds GREAT and I love the Apple Car Play feature. Clearly, I give this store and this vehicle a 10/10! I highly recommend Elgin Hyundai!! More

Review Salesman was great, had a wonderful experience on the actual purchase of my vehicle. I believe his name was Ed and he treated my wife and I with disrespect, laughing at comments I made and arguing about products that i did not ask for or choose. Had to have him confer with the manager several times about my requests. I would not ever do business with that person again due to the fact he fit all stereotypes of pushy and disrespectful car salesmen. Will however recommend our salesman Matt Zich to anyone looking for a vehicle. I am happy with the price of new car and trade in value of our old car. More
