Great Sales people, but a little frustrated with service I purchased a new 2016 Sonata sport, which I absolutely love. However, upon returning home we noticed a small but very noticeable ding in the hood. I purchased a new 2016 Sonata sport, which I absolutely love. However, upon returning home we noticed a small but very noticeable ding in the hood. I returned the car per the Sales person's guidance. It had been 6 days now back in the dealership with no phone contact of any kind. Fortunately the Sales Manager provided a loaner vehicle. Overall, the Sales team was excellent, I can only say the Service Department appears to be a bit overwhelmed, especially if you go there after 5pm, when they only have 1 service adviser on duty. Overall I do reccomend this dealership for Sales, as they were very friendly and helpful and patient with me. More
